Crmers does not publish a price list. Every project gets its own quote, after an initial scoping call.

## The initial scoping call

Free and without commitment. Crmers learns how the organisation works and what the system has to solve, and you get a clear picture of the scope before committing a single shekel.

## What sets the price of a project

- the number of users
- the modules to set up
- the number of integrations with other tools
- how complex the workflows are

For monday.com projects the site also names the complexity of the boards and dashboards and the scope of training. Without mapping the processes and goals first, it is hard to give an exact price.

## Timeline

A basic setup goes live within a few weeks. A multi-department project is built in stages, so the team starts working in the system early instead of waiting for the end. The schedule is set during scoping.
